This Antique Thumb Latch 1124 is extremely durable and comes with a side fixing catch.

Like all Kirkpatrick malleable iron products, this latch is handcrafted from start to finish in their Walsall based foundry. Malleable iron is used because of its strong and durable properties.

For Black and Pewter items a coat of paint and then a second coat of powder is applied to ensure that this product, like all our iron products will continue to be highly decorative and last a lifetime. Argent products are finished with a clear lacquer to ensure these also stay highly decorative.
